Loved the variety they had to offer! There was something for everyone

Stopped by one day to see if I could get my grandfathers ring repaired and was plesantly suprised with the results. My ring came back with in a day and looked like new! Very highly recommended, I will be coming back here for all my jewelery repairs and future purchases.

Great service and my watch repair came back very quickly and now is running perfectly, prices also very reasonable!

This place is the worst. Do not give this store your business under any circumstances. Worst customer service I have experienced in a long time. The gentlemen doing repairs does not know how to talk to people, plain and simple. Just really rude. Even if they offer a reply to this review, just don't give this place a chance. With all the options we have as consumers, no one should be treated like this.

Highly recommended because he does great repair work, beautiful custom work, good products, with friendly service. We have been customers for over 15 years.

Looks like a nice shop for glass engraving, but is lacking unfortunately for monogram gifts. They have only 3 or 4 font options and none are print... Fancy, too decorated/busy, or theme-specific. If not doing monogram, many more options. I was looking for something clean and modern.

I had a terrible experience and the owner tried to charge me 3 times for a watch repair that didn't fix my watch

The owner of this establishement does poor work, and provides poor customer service.
