Had to move due to issue raccoon/possum and unable to resolve after 6 months. Were able to move due to possible health concerns without 30 day notice, or a penalty (approved by property mgr by email) but when we gave notice moving out in 10 days we had to fight to get rent credited back to us for rest of month, told us would lose it. So approved it finally, but security deposit withheld for window cleaning($55) carpet cleaning ($75). Again email from property manager stated do not worry about carpet, full remodel since lived in apt for almost 8yrs and nothing redone. When disputed invoices for window, carpet cleaning I provided email from manager, reason was didn't replace carpet, cleaned it so I saved you hundreds of dollars?? Raccoon/Possum issue was in ceiling and walls nightly hear scratching inside and moving around. Research health effect that could occur from this and at more than 6months of fecal waste in walls and ceiling and whatever else inside that might be airborne

DON'T LET THE SMILE FOOL YOU !.....Manager has no customer service skills, never in the office, doesn't answer the phone or manage property. Only there to rent apartments. Refuses to handle any issues or problem whatsoever and consider any complaint as frivolous. unless you need something fixed that is completely broken or not working forget about getting any assistance from the manager. what a shame. it was a nice place, but looks are deceiving, if your looking for peace and quiet forget it. Apartments have issues, but what makes it a great place to call home is when you have someone there who cares about the people vs a robot only programed to show open units and to collect a paycheck.
