Very upset about the repair made to my fridge's ice maker. Since October we have been trying to get it to work right. Every time the repairman would come out he would fix it or exchange parts on it and within days or sometimes hrs. it would break down again. This went on until Feb. The insurance paid off on it since it had been over 45 days since the initial prob. began. We still ordered and paid to have it replaced $300.+ and got no warranty. Several days later it broke down again. After this brake down we checked into possible reasons why this kept happening and found out that another part needed to be replaced. So now it is up to us to have the other part ordered and have someone else replace it.

I was quoted a trip charge of $89 and was told that this amount would be applied to any labor done on my repair. I was then charged $50 for a plastic part AND $170 for a 30 minute job. They clearly overcharged on labor and ADDED the trip charge. I had a dinner party coming hours later so I was stuck and had no options. I will never use this service again nor will i ever recommend them.
