WARNING: DO NOT GO THERE!
Carlene completely messed up my brows with big wholes in it! She is very unresponsive and impossible to get a hold off! So is Min and her husband Jack! Horrible people!
Both are the most horrible experience in customer service that I EVER had!
Completely unprofessional and then blame me for their unresponsiveness that I start getting pushy and angry since they don't even bother to fix their mistakes! Now they want to make me the bad guy! I want my money back and they refuse!!! I will report them to the police!!!!! Do yourself a favor and stay away form this business!!!
