I am a comparison shopper by nature, so I solicited estimates from several firms before making my purchase of a new kitchen countertop. Ultimately, I chose Keystone Granite & Tile, because it offered the lowest price for an all-inclusive job…granite, removal of my old countertop, installation, sink, and a modest plumbing charge. Once the decision was made, I found the young woman at their Huntingdon Valley location, Brooke, so helpful that I had them also do a new countertop in our master bath at the same time.

The crew arrived on time and finished in one day. They proved to be friendly, courteous, clean, and [most important] very competent. I am extremely happy to report that they did an excellent job and the finished products are absolutely beautiful…getting raves from all who visit us, as well as from this very satisfied customer.

One final and most important note. Problems can come along in life, but I feel it is how they are handled that really matters in the end. In this case, there was a minor issue with the removal of the old countertop, but it was resolved by management in a calm and respectful manner that demonstrated they are ethical and true to their word…proving Keystone to be completely and honestly worthy of a 5-star rating.
