Although we ordered floor 3 months before schedule d installation & paid substantial deposit was more than 1 month late
Material delivered was substandard with many defects
Contacted czar & was given runaround
After several calls they agreed to take back & fix / replace defective pieces but 3 weeks later delivered same materials in same condition & said take it or leave it
Insraller was unreliable & often didn't 't show up
Did shoddy work. Left all waste including several 5 gal pails partially filled with refinishing chemicals - hazardous waste.
Refused to get rid of.
Update: 3 weeks after installation finish began peeling off.
Contacted installer & given runaround again. Contacted finish manufacturer who agreed material was not properly applied.
Contacted czarcagain & was told I needed to hire professional floor inspector at my expense to write report & they would review
That's their lifetime guarantee
Nice pictures on their website but you can be sure they didn't do that work

Never thought the wood floors can be made That stunning. I'm installing floors for last 30 years and recently my client pointed me to this company. Installed their in stock medallion and borders and could not make the client happier, Will deal with those guys again. Superb craftsmanship

In all my experience with suppliers this was the most delightful. I had custom medallion ordered for our foyer. They company designer worked tirelessly with me on getting the right material, dimensions etc. Five weeks later I received a stunning piece. Well worth the wait. Will definitely use Czar for other projects

They really don't care about customer service. I ordered a medallion in late January with a six to eight week delivery date. When I did not receive my medallion I finally cancelled my order on April 7th. I was told at that time it is worth the wait. They had delays in shipping the wood from foreign countries. I reordered the medallion with a delivery date of April 18th. It is now March 16th. I called the sales number. The salesperson refused to give me the owners contact information or any person of authority unless I told him my specific issue. He said without telling him first, I was wasting his time. He also said his boss was out to lunch. So I asked for any boss. He told me I obviously didn't understand how lunch time works. He hung up on me because I would not tell him my specific issue.
