I was on hold waiting for information from a nurse. After being on hold for 15 minutes, I was notified by the operator that the nurse that was helping me went into a room with a patient. She NEVER had intentions of helping me or coming back to the phone. I had to leave a message for her to call me back. After I spoke with her later, I mentioned that she left me hanging and did not come back to the phone and her response was "uh huh". The customer service level at the Huntersville location was horrible. There was no apology given by the nurse and no attempt to help me. After all of the headaches, I was still left without answers.

I attempted to participate in their weight loss clinic. After waiting an hour to get called back. I had a 9:30 appointment and was not called back until 10:30. There was no customer service and the facility was very dirty. I never got a chance to see a doctor in my 3 and 1/2 hour stay. Maybe the Huntersville site is better but I would never recommend the Charlotte site to anyone.
