The place was packed. We were seated promptly in an area that doesn't have enough room. There are 4 booths on one side, 3 on the other and in between are 5 tables. There is not sufficient room for "walk thru" for the staff. We were waited on promptly and got our tea right away....sweetened after we had requested unsweetened. We finally got that resolved after about 10 minutes. Next we ordered and the soup and salads came out promptly. The soup was very good! My salad had so much dressing on it that it was like salad soup. I had resolved to ask for the dressing on the side next time. Then there was the wait. Because there is not enough room to state my whole review...almost an hour later, we got our food, the manager who had been summoned after 40 minutes apologized but gave no discount for their error of throwing our ticket away. Not at all happy and will not go back. Very disappointed!
