Drivers are happy to kill your family by driving twice the posted speed limit through a neighborhood! When I called to report the behavior they just hung up the phone like a child. Don't use their business under any circumstances!!

My car was towed from my apartment complex, it was my fault. Called this company and asked were they a towing company, and was told, "No, we are a storage company". After I had to call around to the sheriff office, it was in fact the same company. When I arrived I informed the lady that I had spoke to her prior and she said, " yes, we are a storage company and cars are towed here too"... She never explained that on the phone. She was not friendly at all, a lot of attitude but in this business I guess that is how you need to be.
