I purchased a supplement from his store online (he also has a physical store). Turns out he really didn't have the item in stock, even when he said it would be coming in late. He promised a refund on 8/31/2014. I eventually made a BBB complaint on 9/30/2014. When I asked about the status of my refund on 10/8/2014 he refused to give me a refund because I made a complaint to the BBB. There is a more detailed review on Yelp or Google. I also have ALL correspondence of this conversation.
