This is by far the worst bug exterminating company in the Houston Area or even Texas, paid for a bed bet treatment and still had bed bugs after their first service. Said they would be back in 2 weeks, they never came back. Called said they had to reschedule, they still didn’t come by. Called again and had to reschedule AGAIN! It got worse so we hired another PROFESSIONAL who got the job done. I’ve spoke with Melissa several times to get a refund on my money, which she says she’ll only refund me half cause of the first treatment they did, which by the way did nothing! She said she would mail me a check for a refund, it’s been 3 1/2 weeks now and won’t return my calls, has blocked me from contacting them, won’t return my text messages. Do not hire these people, they are conning you of your money. I will never recommend anyone of this stress!
