Management has a really bad attitude to attend residents when it comes to fix something in the apartment. I have an issue since last month and they never fix it.

They told my sister that she was approved 20 days before she was due to move in. She gave them a deposit and everything! A day before she was due to move in, they called her and told her to bring in a few check stubs "just to double check" they said it was routine. Then the next day (the day she was due to move in), I was helping her load up her car and they call her early and say "well, you didnt get approved" and they wouldnt give her the deposit back either because they said that the deposit was to hold the apartment, which they did, and because they held it for her they werent able to rent it out to anyone else (which is true, but the reason why they werent able to "rent it to anyone else" is because THEY didnt do their jobs and "double check" before the day she was supposed to move in!!!!! )
