He promise $$$ for write his name on contrac as he recommended apt complex.. it’s the 3rd year and haven’t get that money
Agree fast talker ... big lier.

I’ve moved in my place May 2016 and he never gave me my money or helped me look for an apartment. He is a fast talker and doesn’t take care of his customer. Unlike others I’m prosecuting him.

Calls my phone after business hours after informing them they had the wrong number even went as far as to tell them it's okay anyway and he continued to text . No kind of customer service. They only text . Attempted to call and it went to a VM... not sure how my number was acquired but they should fix their issues. I for damn sure wouldn't use an apartment locator like them if I needed one . Had to inform him that I would inform my brother who works for law enforcement if he didn't stop texting

Helped find me an apartment months ago. Hasn't came through on his end of the bargain. Hard to get a hold of. Says he would follow up and never does.

They are a fraud company full of liers they say they will pay you to use them and they never do once they get paid they ignore you.. They are full of liers ..

Locators work strictly on commissions paid from the properties. That commission can range from nothing, yes sometimes they do not pay the locators to a percentage of the monthly rental rate. Locators do allot of hard work for FREE! There is no SCAM, why do people EXPECT to be paid when a locator does all the work to find them a place to live?

Sad sad pitfully company that is unworthy and not very trustworthy at all...u know Mr. Lee the fast talker will talk talk so much and full of lies. I feel that he scams off of people and he neverpays...he also took advantage of my God mother Ms. Meadows..she is 65 years old, she never recieve her money at all, shr moved in one month before me. i signed my lease on december 3 of 2010 its now febuary 2 of 2011 and i havent one call. he says they call every morning and afternoon and every monday and friday. its funny how as soon as i signed up for his help he wouldnt stop emailing and calling my job..and get all my info but when i called him that it was a done deal. than i never heard from him again. and everytime i call its the same thing..we will get your money a. s . a p. and thank you..and congratulations..and bla bla . and he always ask for my name and apartment number and phone number. i bet he doesnt even keep things filed. he gets money but i dont get my half. such a liar. i couldve easily done it with another company.

PLEASE,PLEASE DON'T use these people. These people make a commision from you writing their name on the lease who reffered you, then promise you $$$$$$ that they know they will never give you. Every time I call them about the money I was promised, Lee ( the fast talker, I should have known then) always say that it takes time..... I'm gonna report them to the BBB, because they lied to me....RUN from these people because they will stalk you even after you find a place to live, questioning when your lease ends........ NEVER TRUST FAST and FREE, they also go by another name which is Premire Choice.......BEWARE
