It took me over 20 minutes to reach someone from customer service today, I wonder when they will make you pay a toll for being placed ahead of everybody on the phone line. It would certainly be par for the course. I hate E-Z Scam. Ever wonder why a company would build toll booths each mile and then tell you they are trying to save YOU time and money, (Its for your convenience, change fumbling) Yeah...Right! lol They build up their own traffic with excessive amount of toll booths and they have the audacity to charge you for a "sticker" to make it easier to get through them. I'm in the wrong business!
