Absolute worst moving experience of my life.
We had used Apple about 6 years ago and they were fine. They accidentally cracked the glass in my front door. But no big deal. This time , a few weeks ago, was a nightmare. It all started when their lead man looked at me and said “You have a lot of junk!” I told him that we worked hard for our things and none of it is junk.
He responded, “well I call it junk!”
We were moving into a two story house in Waters Edge so we do have several rooms of furniture. However the day just started with their unprofessional behavior.
We had every box clearly labeled and every room at the new house labeled as well. My wife was also there to direct them. Even then they just pulled boxes off the truck, read the top box and put everything in that room. We are still unpacking because we run our own businesses and still finding boxes in the garage or the wrong rooms.
On top of that multiple pieces of our furniture, all from Gallery Furniture, were scratched or torn. Door jams were scratched up and the mahogany stair railing was gouged in two places. And on top of all of that they decided to leave and told me I could move the last little bit left in the garage in my truck, along with all of their lunch trash and all the empty soda cans they left. Please don’t make the same mistake we did. Don’t save your things and your new home and deal with professionals.

My experience using Apple Moving was awesome, the guys were on time, friendly, courteous and ready to get to work loading my furniture. I would recommend their service to anyone in the process of moving.

I would give this company no stars if I could. They had a person packing that i was speaking to who said that the day before he had just moved up from Cuba. Although he spoke english rather well, he could not have been trained at all. Some things were well wrapped and others were just thrown in a huge wardrobe box. After they left for the new house, i went back to check and framed mirrors and boxes of items were still left there. Also, they charged me for boxes they did not use. I think they took advantage of me because my husband was still recovering from surgery. Pat B

Used Apple ,they tore up the house did not show up to repair damages on multiple

occasions after promising to do so.After speaking with one of the owners would

not feel comfortable with them in our house again. Had to turn the matter over to an attorney.

Wish we had checked them out beyond the internet.

As an Army family, we have moved too many times to mention. We used Apple Moving for our first "civilian" move and it was a very positive experience. WE KNOW moving companies and have moved all over the country. Apple Moving was the most reliable and professional company that we have ever had. Highly recommend.

Apple Moving did a great job moving my entire household. I have used them on several occasions. All of my antiques were delivered safely. I think the price was fair and the service was terrific. Robert and his crew were very polite and professional.

I am a manager at an Apartment complex in The Woodlands, Tx. I refer Apple Moving to all of our tenants. Apple is priced fair and they do a good job. I have personally used them two times and have been very happy. They can handle both big and small moving jobs.

They damage every peice of wood furniture I have. and I now have a huge tear in the back of my couch. I tried to call and SHAWN cussed me out over the phone. I hung up finally when he started using the F-Word. Never USE This company!!!
