timid doesn't stand by client not me anyway.He was appointed to me so maybe why.I asked him if I paid him would he defend me he said he defends paying&appointed clients the same I guess means he’s just lousy to all it’s a shame attorneys could b putting there knowledge&power to good use to help people like a mom whos not on drugs is doing everything&more the state asks of her&had a strong&beautiful bond with child who was taken due to a dv against me from the father over11/2 yrs ago who wasn’t taken till mos later.told I was allowing father to see child when wasn’t supposed to how is a victim of dv supposed to take rights away from other parent I kicked him out told dcf when&if I allowed him to visit they Took my honesty built it up for 2months&used it against me I also used my past frm before she was born against me now it’s been almost a yr since they took her&I’ve done everything they’ve asked me +more they won’t even give me another hr a week of supervised visitation when promised this attorney instead of defending me& trying to help me get an increase actually went&said I was only entitled to an hr a month I should feel lucky that I’m getting an hr a week it made me feel as though he was DCf attorney not my own I have reached out to him because he said he was going to withdraw that I accused him of not representing me &being more representative to the other party but he still will not respond neither will the worker since this day I would not suggest as a Attorney to anybody unless it’s for something that isn’t that important like your child I am a sober parent who has a 2 bedroom apt living alone working doing therapy doing Dv parenting classes taking drug screens everything I’m being asked yet can’t get 2 hrs week with my child or get proper defense to help me get it thank you Ken very much I tried to text you but maybe you’ll respond after seeing this which I’m sure will get deleted seeing as it’s not a good review when you have absolutely no reviews on here
