Willow River Apartments is for residents age 55 and better. It was built in 2002 on the banks of the Willow River, at the widest part, called Lake Mallalieu. The spacious apartment layouts were named by the architect after the 5 Great Lakes. The residents at Willow River Apartments enjoy scenic views of Lake Mallalieu and the abundance of wildlife who visit the lake shore.  Some residents share their talented hobby of gardening and have helped make the grounds especially beautiful. Inside, the residents enjoy the community room, where they can relax around the fireplace, play cards and other games, and socialize with family and other residents.
