Complaint

BEWARE. This company/owner is bad news. I have many complaints but will keep it brief. 1. Dennis was nice, professional and responsive until I gave him 50% down payment to paint our house. He then stopped corresponding or responding to voice mails. 2. Gave verbal start date of early June but did not start until mid-Oct. and did not answer calls in the interim. 3. Immediately after starting, stated he underestimated work needed and ask for more money several times. 4. Was VERY sloppy and left paint chips and dripped paint in bushes and flower beds. 5. Told me house was done and demanded final payment when he still had 1 1/2 sides to scrape and paint. 6. After less than 6 months, windowsills are blistered and peeling and he will not answer phone or return calls. Very rude and unprofessional. And it goes on and on. I strongly advise that everyone thinks twice and gets everything in writing before dealing with Paint Masters in Seven Hills, Ohio.

I would not recommend Paintmasters to anyone- they left the job unfinished after receiving full payment, they were unreliable and rude.
