i.e., A locaI had these guys in for some boiler/burner repairs. While knowledgeable in plumbing they do not know what they are doing regarding burners. They actually opened up the gasket while the tank was still full! Needless to say water gushed out and spilled onto all of the electrical components of the burner. This was after i had continually warned them to be careful not to get the components wet. I had to call in another company to fix everything and am out $500 in parts and labor...total unnecessary. They will not stand behind their egregious mistake and will not pay for these maneuvers. Buyer beware.

Buyer beware with these guys. i recently had them over to fix my boiler/burner. Wow what a mistake. Told me his rate was 85 per hour. Installed a faucet in 20 minutes then said it was 85, I told him on the phone that i needed to make sure that the pipes werent leaking on the phone underneath, thats why i needed the new faucet so can I have the additional 40 minutes for the 85. He then said the other guy with him made the rate 170 an hour. This is classic bait and switch.

They arent interested in doing good service, just getting your money, basically they are crooks.

Best plumber and business professionals I've known in a long time. Have worked with father and son both residential and commercial. Just referred them to a co-worker. Would not hesitate referring to anyone who wants a real plumber and heating person who knows what they are doing and does it without hesitation.Would recommend!Rhonda DunbarNashua, NH
