I am surprised by all the negative reviews. I was nervous after reading them, but decided to go ahead anyway because it was less expensive than other tile places. ACS just completed a kitchen backsplash project for me in Nashua, and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. The person doing that job was courteous, on-time, cleaned up everything and did a beautiful job. This was also through Home Depot.

Save yourself the aggravation and don't bother going to them. If you're getting floors done through home depot, emphasize the need for a different company. Won't call until 8pm the night before to tell you what time they'll be there the next day. I got my carpet installed by them first, gave me an arrival window of 12-4, showed up at 7 with no call or heads up of any kind. And in order to get in touch with them, prepare to wait on hold for 45 minutes, on a good day. Then I had my wood floors installed by them, complete hell. They weren't going to rip up the old floors even though that's what I had requested for the reason that my refrigerator wouldn't fit under my cabinets if they just piled wood on top of the old floors and I had expressed this was my primary concern from the beginning and then up charged me for their mistake, tried to take my warranty away because my son spilled a little bit of water on the old floor a few minutes before they arrived. Overall, awful.

Awful. Scheduled the day, they called the day before to give me the 4 hour window......no show! No call. No email. Nothing. Just never showed up with no excuse as of why. Wasted a whole day waiting at home. Still have yet to hear from them. They have my money of course. Judging by the other reviews, they do this A LOT.

This Company is horrendous. Home Depot outsources to them for the installation of their carpets. So therefore don't use home depot either. My Experience: I paid for them to move furniture. they moved and installed carpet. The torn to the walls when removing the cove base. Then they did not have the new cove base to install. Home depot lost it. One worker went to Chelsea to pick it one and the other two stayed behind for the installation. Well the driver did not call to make sure home depot had it. the driver returned picked up the two employees, mind who don't speak english. They all left with out tell me, without replacing a door and with out returning the furniture to its place. My office is in shambles and not working condition without a door. (I am a massage Therapist). Here I am the next morning waiting for them to return they are over an hour late.

BUYER BEWARE - DO NOT USE- No Show, No call, will leave your house ripped apart and inconvenience you and your family like its no big deal and your problem!

Do not trust. A complete rip off. Incompetent and will not come back to fix their mess. Of course it's a warranty, you can wait. DO NOT TRUST!!!!!
