Mark made several mistakes with our wedding arrangement:

1. Made cheap quality corsages that fell apart within minutes

2. Made changes to the bride's bouquet that were not authorized

3. Made changes to the boutinieres that were not authorized

4. Made changes to the agreed upon floral design for the reception that were not authorized.



When we emailed to request a refund for the mistakes, he instead ranted about how "professional" he is, "how "connected" he is, and then used snide comments and referred to my wife a bridezilla. DO NOT USE THEM FOR ANY REASON.
