After an initial install of a new Konica Minolta machine there was some issues with the document feeder, but my sales person and the tecnicians had it resolved immediatly. Also, the sales person came back multiple times to do training with our staff to help us understand the machine better, even returning a year later to do it. A great experience overall and I would recommend them everytime.or highly recommended because
