I had early written a review about my experience with BJ's under the name Jerry F. Since that review the owner has contacted me and apologized for not contacting me sooner about my windows, two numbers had been transposed when it was written down so they did not have the correct telephone number. I commend the owner of BJ's for making the effort to contact me to tell me what had happened.

Horrrible customer service the older lady is just ridiculous!!
