The heating element on my old GE oven broke. I had already had lukewarm experiences with a couple of other repair companies in Jacksonville, so I checked on dexknows for a repairman with good reviews. I called The Appliance Center and explained my problem. The part was ordered but was damaged when received and had to be re-ordered. They kept me informed the whole time on the status and apologized for the delay. The part was put in and the bill was very affordable. The Appliance Center is my new go-to company for appliance repairs.
