I am adding more kudos to Paul for his excellent follow-up after my previous review for Paul's Southeast Arizona RV Rentals. In my earlier review, I expressed my disappointment in not being able to access the services of Roadside Assisstance and their Vacation Package. Somehow, my Canadian phone was not recognized consistently by their 1 800 or 1 877 toll-free phone numbers, even though I had purchased an extensive U.S vacation package for my trip. I felt to have not received my money's worth with this part of the experience. The wonderful news is that Paul contacted Roadside Assistance/Vacation Package on my behalf, and successfully lobbied with them for a bettter phone number(s) that can be accessed by Canadian cell phones. A great service for all future Canadian customers! And furthermore, he successfully advocated on my behalf, to get a full refund for the fee I was charged for the Roadside Assistance & Vacation Package that I was unable to access with my Canadian cell phone. I cannot say enough to express my appreciation for the persistance and compassion shown by Paul in getting this significant fee refunded back to me to compensate for the inconvenience I experienced.. Paul truly believes in people and makes sure his customers have an amazing experience! I highly recommend renting from Paul... Maxine from Alberta Canada

I recently had a good experience renting the 32' Bounder for a month from Paul at SE Arizona RV Rentals; I found the booking and the return of the unit to be an efficient and easy process. And I appreciated Paul being easily reached by phone at any time during my travels when I experienced a few mainteneance related issues. He was excellent in advising me and about dealing with the garage directly so it did not impact me in a negative way, other than my time. He was extremely patient and thorough during the orientation prior to my trip, and had all the paperwork and troubleshooting materials already on board the motorhome when I arrived. On a number of other occassions, he was able to patiently walk me through procedures on the phone related to my inexperience. My month living inside the motorhome was very comfortable, expecially the queen sized bed, plus the furnace, generator, frig, slides and levellers all working perfectly. The camp chairs, outside table and little BBQ were thoughtful and handy add-ons. The only negatives is that I would have liked to see the upholstery & rug a little cleaner in the motorhome and some updated contact information with Roadside Assisstance and their Vacation Package. Somehow, my Canadian phone was not recognized consistently by their 1 800 or 1 877 toll-free phone numbers, even though I had purchased an extensive U.S vacation package for my trip. I felt to have not received my moneys worth with this part of the experience. I am grateful for Paul's efforts in tryng to negotiate a partial refund from the Roadside Assistance on my behalf for this inconvenience. I also really appreciated the quick return of my deposit from SE RV Rentals at the end, as I had made an effort to return the unit in the same condition. I rented an older model Fourwinds Class A motorhome from Southeast Arizona RV Rentals & Storage. The process was easy and the quote was all inclusive. It was nice to know "up front" what the fees were going to be. Not only did the rig perform well, it came completely outfitted with dishes, linens a BBQ grill and some camp chairs. And the unit was very clean! It made for a perfect weekend at the dragstrip in Phoenix. The two AC units kept it very cool. I will definitely be back to rent from SEAZRV rentals. Thanks Paul and Crew for a great weekend with no hassles!

Excellent service... Trailer was clean and reaty to go.. All you need to pack is your clothes and food... Paul did a great job explaining att the trailer options and towing instruction.. Will rent from him again...

We have rented several times from Southeast Arizona and have had a great experience every time. Paul is easygoing and easy to deal with. I loved the fact that we didn't really have to take much with us. All rentals were equipped with all of our necessities like pots and pans, dishes, towels, blankets and sheets, lawn hairs - even toilet paper. Every rental we have had is very clean - spotless. We highly recommend this place!

Thanks so much for a great rental experience! My families trip to Patagonia Lake State park was memorable. The Nash trailer proved to be "just" right for my family of four. the "Guancho" bed was extreamly comfortable and we liked the fact that we were able to set up our configuration for a total of 3 beds in the trailer. And best of all we weren't t in need of anything! My wife was amazed (as was I) at just how well equipped the trailer is. We have rented from other agencies in the Tucson area and they never provided the level of thoughtfulness as your agency has with just how well outfitted and functional this rental is. Jorge M.

The Trip our family took in the 24 foot RV was awesome. The vehicle was as promised, the instructions impeccable allowing us a chance to explore Yosemite, Bryce and Flagstaff. I have raved about your service to friends!
