About 6 weeks ago, Weathervane replaced my furnace and AC unit and did a great job. My water heater broke down last week, and they were out the next day to replace it. Excellent service, good price, very professional and knowledgeable. Cleaned up afterwards so well that I couldn't even tell anything had been done!

Weathervane Heating and Cooling was one of the best choices that I made for getting a new furnace installed in my home. Not only were they competitive on price customer service and technicians were all knowledgeable and polite. They installed a new furnace and it is working great. They cleaned up so well I couldn't even tell they were here other than my home being warm again. Was referred to this company through American Home Shield.



Service man was polite and respectful but tried to take advantage of the situation by grossly overcharging my wife for a simple humidity water pannel as I wasn't home.



When I called the office, the owner "Joe", proceeded to call me "a complete moron" because I expressed a strong concern for the 500% markup and misrepresentation of the "service" his person offered.



"This is the way that business works." Per Joe.



Do NOT trust this company!

Joe came and replaced the motor in our furnace today BEFORE it died. He is knowledgeable and very helpful, and upfront about everything. He gave me tips on preventative maintenance also. We had our AC installed by Weathervane last summer, and they did an outstanding job! You can tell they care about their customers. Highly recommended.

Had Joe the owner install a brand new central air conditioner 6-7-2013 no here in August just two months later the outside unit quit. Ok I can deal with faulty equipment but this company has the audacity to charge me an $89 dollar trip charge for a warranted item. They must be kidding well they refused to come out without charging me this ridiculous fee on something I spent over 3 thousands on not even three months prior. I'm sorry but that is just ridiculous!!!! So I will be searching for a new HVAC company.
