Provided by YP.comThe Howell Branch of Lansing Opthamology has a very rude and uncaring staff. The doctors are fine, but the receptionist in particular is VERY rude. She called to cancel appointments for my entire family less than two hours before the appointments. Due to weather they were closing early. Absolutely NO CARE WHATSOEVER for the inconvenience and additional cost to us (as insurance resets to 0 on Jan 1). Absolutely NO CONSIDERATION for trying to work us in later in the week. I was basically told this was my fault for waiting until the end of the year to schedule the appts and accused of having an "adult temper tantrum" when I started to push back on this BS. I would AVOID the Howell branch at all costs.
