After intermittent water pressure problems, I called Adams for advice. I wanted to see what direction I could be heading (new tank, plumbing, pump, even new well). They offered some over-the-phone quick checks I could do before spending time and money. Very nice.
As it turned out, the pump down in the well (or pipe down there) was suspect. So I got Adams to come over and check first hand. The Adams man was Travis and he worked very hard to pull the old unit out; a tricky job. After about 1 1/2 hours, he nailed it, pulled the 30+ yr old pump and saved a lot of money, time and inconvenience by not having to drill a new well.
