Me and my family have been going here for years. But an experience in recent days have ended by tolerance for this place. The place is disgustingly dirty: floors, tables, chairs, bathrooms, etc.. Expect to wipe your chair before sitting down, because the wait staff doesn't. Salt and pepper shakers are greasy and aren't wiped by the staff between guests. It's common to have the waitress wipe your table, leave it completely wet, and lay your napkin and silverware on the wet table.



The floor never always looks as if it's mopped with a bucket of dirty water, and the dirt was smeared around into a new pattern. Bathrooms are very unappealing.



Service leaves much to be desired. Seldom a smile from most of the wait staff. Food rarely if ever is delivered to your entire party at the same time (even a party of two), and there may be long waits between delivery to everyone, not just because the waitress needs to make another short trip to the kitchen pick-up counter.



There are other restaurants in the area that actually treat customers as if they appreciate their patronage. The owners here hold their customers in contempt.
