They r not professional when answering the phone, and take for ever to even answer the phone. I had to redial at least 4 times this is not the first time. It's sad Wal-Mart USE to be a great company. ( I worked there years ago) But now even shopping at any Wal-Mart makes even a Saint not want to return. I go any where else even out my way not to go to Wal-Mart. I just wonder what the managers, supervisors, and execs., r doing. Nothing I guess I'm done with Wal-Mart.
