The guy who answers the phone which I'm assuming is the owner of the shop has a TERRIBLE ATTITUDE over the phone.

I called two places about a replacement on a windshield for a corolla and he gave us THE BEST PRICE. He called back and there was some confusion on my part as to which company I had the better quote.

So then I called back to confirm and clear the confusion (again my fault on that), after I told him about it he just got really loud, cut me off and simply didn't care anymore.

They have good prices but terrible service. BTW I'm a veteran who even though I personally have a temper did not go off on them, its all about respect and how you earn people's business.

Before you commit to him, he will be nice though a fast talking salesman. But immediately after you give him key to car for him to work on, he will change his tone, his story, and tell you DIFFERENT things about type of paint he is going to use etc.



I had my car repaired here for $ 800, But when the car was ready for me to pick up, he claims that his credit card machine is not working, insisted on cash.

I went to pick up the car, he insisted on getting CASH or he will not release car. He starts threatening you, starts video taping me. I insisted on giving him check, he would not agree.

I called the Houston Police. who agreed with me that if not check, I could give him cashier's check or MO. got check in COMPANY name- When I gave him cashier's check, he insisted on check in his personal name- at which point even the police lost his cool and threatened to call Superiors at the HPD and shut down the business.

- finally accepted the cashier's check, and released car. NEVER AGAIN.

I had the worst experience ever with this shop. They did not fix my car, and sent me out in a car that was dangerous, The owner is the rudest man I have ever met - he shouted at me many times, and also at the lady who works for the insurance company, for no reason. He took my money and laughed at me when I came back saying the damage had not been fixed. Thank goodness for the insurance company who helped me out. Save yourself a lot of heartache and go to a decent repair shop.

This is the owner, tommy Rogers. The post below is full of untruths by someone trying to mislead the public by abusing this community review system. There is no one during me, much less 6 people. I have owned my shop for 81/2 years since 9/6/2006. All of the previous reviews on this site are legitimate and weren't written by my wife, as they span Over a period of 8 years. May God bless you. I have used Tommy several times for my red corvette and one time for replacing the window in my truck after someone broke in. I had the vette a month when someone backed into me and scratched the hood. I was worried about matching paint and Tommy did a fantastic job. Recently, a dump truck kicked up road debris and broke the fiberglass nose and scratched the hood. When I got it back, it looked like new ! In fact, I just traded the car in and every dealer that saw it commented on how good the car looked. I will definitely be using Tommy's shop any time I need something done. Workmanship was great and it was always done on time. He had all the glass cleaned up in my truck and I was back on the road in just a few hours and the price was very reasonable.

We have use Tommy Roger's service twice: the second time it was "hit an run" , a little complicated. Tommy has done a wonderful job, made the insurance company to pay for better parts. Our car is like new now. He takes care of everything, very professional, reliable, friendly,provides great customer service, pays attention to everything. I would recommend Tommy to anyone!!

Have always used Tommy Rogers for all my auto body repair needs. Fast, affordable and the work is always absolutely fantastic. Wonderful customer service. Tommy treats his customers with utmost care. When you use Tommy you will definitely be very, very happy that your precious auto was taken care of so well.

Just had a 1994 Cheverolet K1500 truck painted at Tommy Rogers Collision Center in March 2013. We were looking forward to a first class paint job and Tommy and his dedicated team exceeded our expectations with a very professional job. The truck now looks like new.



The paint job was fantastic, and everyone who have seen it have commented on the overall appearance, quality of the work, and the attention to detail.



We had previously checked other highly recommended paint shops before deciding to go with Tommy, and we are very happy that we did.

I Would recommend Tommy to anyone....he gets right on his job & he does it beautifully....anyone needing there car paint or body work should definately call Tommy....p.s he doesn't play with those stingy insurance adjusters neither...he will get exactly what it is you need.

A co-worker recommended Tommy Rogers Collision Center and all I can say about their work is “Gorgeous, Gorgeous, Gorgeous!” My car has never looked better. Tommy Rogers did beautiful body work and paint at a very reasonable price. And they are very friendly, professional, and courteous. My husband and I are a LITTLE picky, but Tommy took care of all of the issues we brought him. I will definitely refer all my friends to Tommy Rogers. I love Tommy, he is so professional and he is still interested in you as a person, to him, service is not just about the money, it's like getting your car fixed by your friend, who cares about you. And his prices are great!! My car was given back to me as good as new!!!

I brought my classic 1983 Porsche 911 SC coupe for some bodywork and paint on the front lower valence panel and paint on the side rocker panels. The result was great, the panels were all uniform and painted exactly like the rest of the car. The next project will be the hood. And, the job was so good , I dropped off my second classic 1983 Porsche 911 SC for the same treatment. Tommy gives all his customers friendly, personal service and honest appraisals of the cost to do the work. I recommend him highly for quality work, regardless of the vehicle.

If you want to fix your car correctly take to Tommy Rodgers he fixed my car in matter of days it looked immaculate I was very satisfied with his work. Tommy and his wife walked me step by step to get my rental car and fix my car in just a couple days so guys take to Tommy he will hook you up with the works on your car!!!Again his shop Is on Hwy 6 you won't regret getting it fixed there awesome work they do there. Have used Tommy three to four times with different types of accidents in the last 6 to 7 years. The work has always been good and on time. Price was always fair. I recommend him to all of my friends and associates.

I am new to Houston since November 2010 and am very unfamiliar with bodyshops etc in Houston. I stopped in at Tommy's for a quote and was pleasantly surprised at the amount he quoted. I stopped in the following day after they had my truck to see how work was progressing and I wanted to talk to the people doing the work for my own piece of mind. The work that was done was exceptional and I was very pleased with the end result. I believe Tommy is very passionate about his work & his business. This is the type of company I prefer doing business with. I highly reccomend this business and will be doing any future work with Tommy I might have need of.

Tommy Rogers works hard to resolve all issues pertinent to an insurance claim. I had three repairs done at his shop and I have been always satisfied. When the insurance claim adjustor overlooked some important details, he notified me and obtained the permission to complete the required repair. The last time I needed a collision repair, I could not drive because of a health situation. Tommy came with one of his employees and picked up my car from my driveway in Sugar Land. I really appreciate the extra mile Tommy goes to resolve all issues related to the much needed repairs. His team completes the repair work within a reasonable time. I am also very satisfied with the quality of their work.

THEN HE LOOKED AT ALL THE ESTIMATES AND BEAT THE LOWEST REPAIR ESTIMATE I HAD!!! SAVED ME OVER $ 1500.00 DOLLARS!!! HE DID JUST WHAT HIS NAME SAYS: "GUNNED DOWN ALL THE COMPETITION. AND ONCE AGAIN TOMMY "GUNS DOWN ALL THE COMPETITION" AND SAVED MY BROTHER $ 500.00 DOLLARS (FROM THE LOWEST ESTIMATE). CAR LOOKS GREAT LIKE NOTHING EVER HAPPENED. NEEDLESS TO SAY MY BRO WAS EXTREMELY PLEASED WITH THE REPAIR WORK. I WILL ALWAYS GO TO TOMMY ROGERS COLLISION CENTER FOR ANY BODY WORK NEEDED AND WILL RECOMMEND TOMMY AS THE BEST BODY REPAIR SHOP IN HOUSTON TEXAS.
