Tolunay-Wong Engineers (TWE) have now six offices located throughout the Gulf Coast offering geotechnical engineering and environmental consulting services, construction materials testing, and deep foundation testing services. Our expertise extends throughout the United States, as well as internationally. We are providing services on land development, infrastructure, marine, refineries, chemical plants, and power projects for private, public, and government clients. We are certified as a minority business enterprise (MBE), a historically underutilized business (HUB), and pre-certified by TxDOT. Our laboratories are accredited by the American Association for Laboratory Accreditation (A2LA) and validated by the United States Army Corps of Engineers. We are compliant with the NQA-1 quality standards developed by the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) for field exploration, laboratory testing, and geotechnical engineering for nuclear facilities.
