Provided by YP.comStay away from this UPS store - conartists. They mispackaged a very expensive piece of AV equipment which was destroyed in shipment. We had paid for insurance, but the owner refused to honor the receipt (UPS makes the franchise owners pay if it turns out to be the store's fault - like mispackaging.) We finally had to get the police involved. When they arrived, the owner suddenly transformed to an eloquent victim - concerned for her safety (we were there with our baby) and outraged at the "indignant charges". Wow and Yuk! Stay away.
