I have been to this salon twice. Both times the bill came to triple what I expected. The first time I was too shy to ask about the breakdown of the bill. The second time I asked - and WOW what a rude awakening.

I came in for highlights ($85)- when the stylist was done putting them in, she said "I will put a toner on you now." Sure - I thought it was part of the process. Nope. another $35 on the bill. Then I asked for a slight trim just to cut off some dry ends. I really don't mind paying for that, so the $67 on top of my bill, while hefty, fine I asked for it. However, she gave me the WORST blow dry - never asked which way do you part, how would you like your blow dry....nada.

Then there was an EXTRA $18 on my bill - and until this day nobody has been able to explain what for....the stylist even tried telling me that it was the charge the salon would charge her because I asked for a print out of the bill. WHAT?!

In short, they are crooks and liars and I refuse to go to such an establishment. Not to mention that when they gave me a refund they shortchanged me by $20. After being yelled at by the rude receptionists, I didn't bother to return. Not then or ever again.

My stylists name was Lyndie Cao - she was good but check your bill ladies!!

My hair stylist is Cecilia Kerr. I have been here at least 3 and have left completely satisfied with the results! Each time I have gone in not sure what i want done with my hair and have trusted her to give me a good look. I absolutely love the colors she has put in my hair and the styles she has done to me. She's attentive and absolutely the sweetest. Definitely going to keep going!
