Provided by YPmobileAll I can say is this; if this is what a five star hotel look like then all five star hotel in this county is in deep trouble. The service quality is not up to part with some other hotel in Houston. Front desk is unprofessional; room is not clean; if you suffer from allergy be aware of dust all the room. I am going to call my credit card company to get my money back. This is unacceptable.
