Where do I begin? You dont have the time or sanity to deal with this shadetree contractor. He charges for proffessional work and hires illegal day laborerers to work on your home. Paid to have a kitchen remeodeled and midway through the contractor decided to go on vacation and leave my home in peices for a week, while we were living there! During that span of time tile began falling off of the wall in a shower that they had just completed. He also had his guys (un-licensed laborers) do work under the permit of a master plumber, and that particular work was done incorrectly and leaked water from the second floor of my home into my downstairs bath. Edgar Alvarez (owner) claims to be an honest god fearing man, however my experience is proof of the contrary. It finally came to the point where i had to hire PROFESSIONAL crews to finish my home. There are far better people out there, dont waste time or money with Edgar.
