Infusion team is uncaring and incompetent. When a patient arrives for a repeat appointment confirmed 8 weeks earlier, they may or may not have the biologic ready. If it isn't, the patient begins a long list of things that have to be done. There appears to be no intentention to provide the infusion and certainly no behavior that indicates a desire to communicate with their customer. Even when the list of required steps are taken, the wait for ordering the materials is long.
Don't get stuck with this group. They are either incompetent or negligent and your loved ones life could be at risk when a time critical treatment is missed.
I should give a -1 rating.
Southside in Alabama contacted me within 5 minutes of my posting. Houston is silent.

I have been with this pharmacy for a couple years now I think.
I don't live close to Main street. My medications are delivered to me.
The pharmacy employees are Always courteous and helpful in their service.
The delivery drivers are friendly.
I recommend this pharmacy to everyone!
