Employees are rude. One gentleman laughed at me when I came in with a question/problem. Will definitely be shopping online or traveling to BC

they will totally sell you a nail that had been dabbed off of already. They will tell you what you want to hear so you buy the glass. trust me its great glass but the new guy working there is a jerk. He will lie. just order your glass online way cheaper. way cleaner. they try to make you think this is the only place you can get this deal but any brand name glass you want there is way cheaper online. forget this store. The only good thing about smoking section IS THEY WILL SELL TO YOU IF YOU ARE NOT 18 they totally sell to all the high school kids in the area

Its a really chill place always hooks you up the guys actually have good glass by great artist I refer a lot of people there

I went here because of the ratings. First off I these ratings are completely false in my opinion. This shop smelled of crack and had a bunch of underage kids in the back. Overlooking all that for some reason I decided to buy a vaporizer from this store called the Magic flight box and it was used and broken. when I confronted the them they said to call Magic flight box for a refund. I called them and sent pictures only to find out that the product they sold me was not only broken and used but also FAKE and could not and would not be warrantied. This shop is a SCAM!!

Went in to buy my first hookah. The guy was very knowledgeable and guaranteed the product. We LOVED the customer service we received. We will definitely be purchasing all of our products from them. (and the hookah is living up to the standard he promised)

Finally a place that gets it. These guys do business the right way. Don't waste your time or money going anywhere else. Selection, Price, Service, Value... All are stellar! HIGHly Recommend.

This store has the best customer service and great product selections. After 15 years of searching i have finally found MY shop.
