My coworkers and I always go in to this Shipley Do-Nuts employees very nice all the time, but unfortunately today they were very rude from the time I made my order the lady kept a on rolling her eyes and I just ignored her and left. When I got to work I noticed she had given me the wrong order so I went back and told them nicely they had given me the wrong order and the lady told me “you said you wanted chocolate donuts” and I told her “no I asked for chocolate glazed” so she rolled her eyes again and got the right donuts and told me “here! But for reals you did ask for chocolate donuts!” I was very upset! So I just told her “I’m sorry but I’m not trying to get free donuts you can keep the ones I brought back I just want what I asked for and I’m not being rude at all” we will still go back because we’re not going to let one employee ruin it for us!
