They have the best sales and clearance racks. I always find something I like. The lines can get pretty long during the holiday sales.

Kohl's needs to purchase a computer program that will quickly identify what items are in stock. I had to wait over 15 minutes while a Sales person checked in their storeroom for a piece of luggage that was not on the floor, yet advertised. After the long wait I was told they were out-of-stock.
