I hired this company to replace the compressor in my Sub Zero freezer. After less than one week it failed due to faulty installation. They reinstalled the compressor and in less than 60 days it failed AGAIN because of faulty installation. The total charge was almost $2,000. Now they refuse to repair the compressor unless I pay $700 MORE. Their rating with the BBB is F. They will not even return my calls. I will never use this company again and will see them in small claims court.

They over charge and stiff their techs, they are also in Louisiana. Hard to service when they aren't in Texas.

Aplliance Master came out one Saturday to repair our freezer. Two weeks later it stopped working. When I called the office, they would not send anyone out to see if their work or part was at fault unless I was willing to pay another service fee for what could possible be another repair. Neither would they tell me what part they did repair or how much parts were and how much labor was. Plus, the technician just happened to be on leave.



Do not use this unreliable company.
