This is the worst place ever! A rat was dead in my unit plus messed up all my furniture and manager/ owner was very very rude! They say the exterminate every month! That's a joke!! Beware!!

This storage unit has the worst customer service I have ever seen. They cut off my lock even though they were paid on time. They are never in their office. If you have a smaller unit, u have to make an appointment to access it. Of course when you first sign the agreement they don't tell you any of this. There is also a huge problem with theft here! There is no security of any kind after hours. Worst storage facility ever!!!

i have used this storage facility for many years. Occupying 6 units and stored vehicles with no problems, until the facility recently switched owners. My locks were cut off my units (I was down to 2 units at this point), my belongings; were unlawfully auctioned. It took me almost a month to actually get in contact with the manager, which was no help. The new owner is, well let's just say not cut out for customer service. I would not trust this place with storing my trash.
