Marty arrived early this morning. I called for help with a main line leak.
Despite the VERY old galvanized pipes, he quickly figured out how to resolve my issue and didn't quit until he had it right.
I was very impressed with Marty's overall skill and warm and friendly approach to me and my problem. Thanks Marty and thanks Roto-Rooter.

German and his team were fast and did a thorough job unclogging and detecting the problem on the same day that we called about an issue.

Jeff was very professional, and funny. He explained what would need to be done for the best result possible and fixed 3 leaks I had very quickly. He explained what extra services Roto-Rooter offers and thank God he did because that free service (water damage assessment) caught water damage that could have been so much worse had I let it be and had Jeff not mentioned this assessment to me. Currently in the process of water restoration and I couldn't be more impressed with this company and the professional staff they have! They are very prompt and make sure I understand every little detail of the entire process. Very happy camper right now even though theres quite a bit of damage that I'm very upset about. Jeff and the staff that have followed behind him have made me feel at ease.

I called Roto Rooter to assist with a leaking Toilet -- they did come out and give me an estimate as requested. I had it approved -- scheduled the call -- they were back out the next day. The technician (Marty) was very professional and helpful. I would recommend Roto Rooter to anyone. There were no surprises as far as the cost -- it was explained to me -- to repair and replace. The technician was kind, very knowledgeable -- an asset to the company. Thank you Roto Rooter!!!!!!!

We had a major problem with the central drain of our house the day before Easter. Everything was backed up, and we couldn't use the bathrooms, the kitchen or the laundry room. I was worried I wouldn't be able to get anyone to come out on a Saturday afternoon, especially on the eve of a holiday-- and I was afraid that if we could find a plumbing company willing to help us, they'd charge us an arm and a leg.

Roto-Rooter was amazing. Jimmy came out the same day and took care of the problem for us. He was nice, friendly and efficient, and he made sure not to track mud in our home.The fee was very reasonable and includes Roto-Rooter sending out a camera to see inside our drains later this week. We're very pleased with the service. We'd avoided using Roto-Rooter in the past because we thought a large national company would charge more, but that was not the case. Very happy customers!

This company has a policy or procedure that instead of getting the endorsement on a check paid to both Roto Rooter and the customer Roto Rooter just deposit the check. Margie Weaver Accounts Receivable will go so far and will lie to you. Bad company ethics. Received a copy of the check. Roto Rooter has violated the Texas Business & Commerce Code § 3.110.

We called Roto-Rooter in Houston. Mike (Tech #2627) was amazing! We had no hot water going on day 4. He came in found the problem, in our case problems, and fixed them right up. We had hot water before my daughter got home from school. I would recommend him to anyone. In fact I have. Our neighborhood Facebook page has a similar review. Thank you Mike for fixing the disaster that was our plumbing!

I was able to get a technician out within 2 days of request. Andrew was a very helpful and professional technician!

I needed a plumber to unclog the kitchen sink drain on the day before New Year's Eve. RR sent over Marty who did the job quick. Problem was fixed and he was courteous and a good guy too.

Marty was the plumber who did the service. He did a great job and even educated me on what he was using and about pipes in general. He even places our bikes back on the hooks because they had to be moved to get to the pipe from the garage. So far i would definitely use them again

I was impressed as to being kept in the loop when the tech was running late. For being a Sunday, I was so pleased that that we always knew what was going on and once the tech arrived, he had our problem diagnosed and fixed in no time.

The service was excellent Brad was awesome. He noticed we had carpet flooring and stopped excused himself and put on foot protection. Explained all other options very supportive. In time of stress he made the experience comforting. Rotor Rooter is the only place I will ever call and also refer too for others. The digital coupon $40 off on the services was granted no issues. The lines were cleaned in matter of seconds, I didn't mind the $285 total service price one bit. Rotor Rooter showed up when 15 others didn't answer or wanted $500 for it being Sunday. Big thanks to Rotor Rooter and Brad our awesome tech.

We recently moved into a home and were in the process of removing the old carpet when we found a water stain underneath the carpet padding next to a wall behind the bathroom shower. I looked in the access panel and could see some water. This was at about 7:30 in the evening. I called Roto-Rooter and they had someone out by 10:00pm. I wanted to get the problem fixed before the new carpet went in the next day. The plumber's name was Chase and he was very professional and fixed the problem in about 2 hours. The cost was much, much lower than I expected. He also found a leak at my water heater while he was working and fixed it for free! I will definitely be using Roto-Rooter if I have plumbing issues in the future.

Will hire again, very pleased with service. The pipes to drain the Ac units kept getting clogged. They piped them another way and we will see how it works out.
