Bruce was professional and patient with the work. I would recommend Roto-Rooter to anyone if all their employees has the same job background as Bruce.

Victor was fast and very informative. Easy to talk to and he did the job very fast and well. Had a bad clog in main drain and was cleared quick.

After replacing my water heater hoses last Sunday both of my single-Handle tub and shower faucets cartridges needed to be replaced due to the ages of usage but I couldn't even find the right replacement cartridges since the previous owner installed one of the worst quality lower-end faucets in my bathrooms so I decided to ask Rooter to replace one of my tub faucets. No job is too big or too small for them. One of their plumbing instructors came!. Mr. Mike H. was very courteous and professional and took a great deal of time and effort to explain the conditions of our older faucets. We couldn't be happier for a new MOEN faucet. Mr. Mike H. even kindly show me how to maintain and replace the cartridge in case my cartridge needed to be replaced later. If you ever need superior quality service I highly recommend rooter rooter plumbing service and I will call them again for my other bathroom's faucet. Thank you, Mr. Mike H. and Rooter-Rooter!.

First time customer: was pleased with the promptness and professionalism. The technicians were here within 45 minutes, diagnosed the problem and cleared our sewar lines in 15. As part of the diagnosis, they detected what was causing our backup and made a recommendation that would keep the lines from backing up.

The Drain was clogged and we called Roto-Rooter for help. They sent Eric (#4538) who made an amazing job unclogging it plus he discovered another main cleaning line for the house. This way he made sure everything will work great. He was super nice, attentive and polite. We will be happy to come back to Roto-Rooter if we need to.

Excellent service was received during replacement of an old water heater with a rather large new one. There were several physical constraints and a tight space to work in. The installer used his experience and ingenuity to overcome these obstacles. I am very pleased with the outcome.

Andrew w #1523 was very nice. We had quarter size wholes in our galvanized pipe (old House) in the kitchen and bathroom also had water damage they sent someone out the next day to check on water damage. Andrew did a great job in a timely matter would definitely use them again

Our kitchen drain was backing up so I called and had the nicest dispatcher set up an appointment for that afternoon. Then they called right before the service technician came, and they were able to come to our house earlier than planned. We were so excited to get help right away! Our service technician was wonderful, analyzed our problem and explained the problem to us. The lines was cleared and the lines inside were checked and cleaned out as well. You wouldn’t believe the stuff that was trapped in the pipes inside. As well, we were given the liquid to use once a month in the drains to help clean out the pipes and coat them to help with the movement of water and waste from the diposal. Everything was cleaned up and our tech made sure we were happy with the work which is under warranty for six months. I rate this company and our wonderful tech with an A+. A great experience when things were looking pretty bad. Thank you RR!

Had sewer back up in master bathroom toilet. Called Roto-Rooter and they were able to have a technician out as quickly as we needed with no upcharge for the weekend. The technician, Joseph Lazard, arrived timely and was very professional and great to work with. Joseph is obviously an expert at what he does and was able to get things flowing again. We will definitely be calling Joseph at Roto-Rooter anytime we need any sort of plumbing work.

Robert #1670 fixed my clog in no time. He worked hard in the pouring rain to make sure our pipes were clear. Very professional and polite.

Had clogged drains that caused backup and leak from third to second floor at 8 pm. Called Roto-Rooter who said they could service within two hours. Within 30 minutes a technician called to validate problem and said he’d bring a drain specialist. He and Delvin showed up. Delvin cleaned two drains, which also serve as drains for AC condensation. Tech also evaluated water, moisture damage with moisture and IF meters. He’s coming back tomorrow to treat those areas on third floor wall and baseboard, under counters, plus ceiling on second floor. I appreciated the fast service call. They were done by 10:30 pm. First plumber I called with 24/7 service wouldn’t have arrived until after Midnight.

After spending several hundred dollars three different times in the past six months or so, I called Roto-Rooter. They came out and cleared the pipe. I had them return and send a camera down the line, and sure enough, they found roots invading the line. They actually showed the images to me as the camera went through.

Eric made what I considered a fair proposal, giving me senior & military discounts, and crediting me with what I had spent having it cleaned. This amounted to a saving of almost a thousand dollars. He had a crew out that very day to start work. Monica took care of the financing end, and they were actually working before the financing was approved. There were several plans available, and after choosing one that suited me, we were in business. The guys worked extremely hard, and were very professional and friendly.

All in all, I am more than satisfied with a job well done and happy to recommend the Roto-Rooter team should you need drainer sewer repair.

Delvin the technician came on time, very professional and friendly. He explained the problem and recommended things to avoid the problem again. It took him only 20 minutes. However, a little bit disappointed when I first called and gave me a time frame between 12 to 4 p.m. I have to call them at 5 pm asking if they are still coming and said that they will be late for another one hour. Called again at 6 pm and said that they are really behind. Then they called at 7 pm saying that it will be for another 3 hrs. and asked if I want to reschedule it. I said I will wait since I've spent the entire day waiting for them, then they called and said that they can't do it and have to reschedule it at 8 a.m. Good thing Delvin came and fixed it on time.

Andrew was an excellent technician. On time, fast service, great explanation of the work needed and the work done. No hassle. Great job.

The technician came out about two hours after I called, so the team was very prompt. The technician was professional and left the work area very clean. Will certainly call them again.

Jeff #197 did a great job troubleshooting and fixing several small problems with the plumbing. A new problem that arose unexpectedly hours later was fixed very quickly the next day at a discounted rate. I appreciate the prompt arrival, Jeff being polite and knowledgeable, and the speedy return when something new went wrong. Thank you!
