I highly recommend staying away from this company. My problems with them have have spanned many months of headaches. I would also like to point out that I have been represented by a consulting firm, so I have people that know what are normal problems and what are not. RDC has tried to be punitive through this process because we have tried to hold them responsible for missed deadlines and poor work quality.

-4 to 6 months overdue on completion date.

-As the completion deadlines were not met We were given a new deadline that were also not met. Excuses were plenty.

-I noticed poor work that would need fixed. I was continually told that things would be fixed. When I returned weeks later i would find that these items were not fixed or again of poor quality. I had things fixed 4 times.

-Withholding lean releases following payment in full.

-I now must follow legal means to get the lean releases.
