I had a terrible accident. My husband was also in the car. It was NOT my fault, but I felt so responsible for all the pain that he went through because I happened to be driving. I hardly every drive and the day I do...ACCIDENT! But after acutally using a lawyer, and giving all the paper work to them and not having to deal with it was a relief. My case adjuster, for the other person who caused the accident, didn't want to give a good settlement to us. I didn't want to go to court and deal with all that. But my lawyer (Ramji Associates) told me not to worry, they felt certain that when they file the lawsuit, the other persons insuracne company would agree to pay more.....and that's EXACTLY what happened. That's why I am saying, Thank God it's done!!! If you want a good lawyer that knows their stuff, then you should call them.

I got in an accident back in June 2009, I am still currently waiting on everything as of July 2010. I keep getting the run around, they keep telling me a couple weeks and its finished and ill have my money, and yet I am still waiting. I lost my truck due to having to go to therapy for sooo many months, yet Ramji could do nothing to get me anything for my truck. They do not stay on top of things and do not return phone calls. I would not recommend them to my worst enemy and I will NEVER use them again. They said they would give advancements on money for bills and stuff, I cant get anything out of them to pay my bills. I had to go thru an outside company to get a loan. WORST lawyer's ever, DO NOT USE THEM!!

I heard an ad for this firm on 740 KTRH regarding Diminished Value. Honestly, I didn't even know such a thing existed. Mr. Ramji, you need to advertise this more. People need to know about this. You can recover the lost value of your car after an accident. So quick and so amazing. I don't know how they figured this stuff out, but it was done. I'm so happy to write a review for you guys!!

No one likes using lawyers. I finally had to, when the insurance company of the girl who hit me offered me so little, I tried the whole law firm route.

I didn't want to go to court, and I didn't. All was settled super quick.

Also, very professional.

I was really happy with this law firm. I called and spoke to about 4 law firms before I decided to go with Ramji and associates. I was glad that everything went as planned and the way they told me it would go.

i had a slip and fall at a HUGE store....you can guess which one it is.

there was gooey stuff on the floor, my foot stuck to it. i fell so so so bad, and in such a wierd way, my ankle broke. But i was SO emarrased cuz there were like so many people around. my dad had got in a wrecck and told me to use this law firm.

we just settleed my case. i didn't know i could get this much money for it. my ankle is ok now, but my university is paid for!!!!!

I recently was involved in a car accident with my child in the car. I was extremely nervous when it happened. My husband was out of town and I didn't know what to do. I know this sounds like a commercial, but it's just like you see on the television. I felt like such a victim. First, the guy in the big truck that hit me started denying it was his fault. I was so furious!! Whenever I thought of car accidents and lawyers, I always thought it was a form of exploitation and just lies. But let me tell you how wrong I was. At the scene of the accidnent, I was in SO much pain and at that same time, NO pain. I knew I was hurt, but I was so worried about my 9 year old, that I couldn't think of any of my own pain. She was crying so much and she kept saying, mommy, are we dying, mommy are we dying? She was also in so much pain and also kept saying, mommy it hurts, mommy it hurts. Then on top of that, the trucker man wanted to lie in my face!



We went to the hospital, and got checked out. We were there for about 4 hours. They checked both me and my daughter out extensively. I had some major pain and a pounding headache. My daughter was cut on her arm because of the glass. They gave us all these pain medications. I called the insurance company (of the trucker) and they said there are conflicting statements. I wanted to scream!!!!!



I then did something that I thought I never would do. I looked online for an personal injury attorney. I found Ramji & Associates. This was the best thing that I did. Attorney Ramji was so helpful. I made an appointment and my husband (who was back by then) and I met with the attorney. Because of his is also a doctor, he walked us through this like butter. He made the trucker accept liability and he settled our case for a huge amount. I never thought I would get that kind of money from an accident. I didn't even want any money. I just wanted to get the money for my Lexus (which was totaled!) and get all the medical bills paid. My insurance paid most of it, but not all of it. But my insurance ended up getting all their money back.



If you ever feel like calling an attorney is the wrong thing, then you are doing the wrong thing by not calling.
