A leak suddenly showed up in our house after 8 years living there back when in the winter of 2014 we were getting pounded with --5 weeks straight of rain. About 3 weeks into nonstop rain, there it was. I called based on the great reviews and the upfront pricing that I could not find for other roofers. He has --$300 to do the emergency repair (depends on the type of roof, but it is clearly listed on the website). This leak was at the junction of flat roof area and pitched shingle. I was happy that he only charged the lower fixed rate, even though some of the repair was on the flat section (which is listed at a higher price).



I called at --9 am, mind you it has been raining nonstop for weeks so I assume he is pretty busy. He was able to get to my place late afternoon, albeit 30-45 min after when the assistant said that morning. He was overly apologetic about being tardy, but I was happy to get service within hours of calling. The next day (and many days after) we had another deluge... not a drop. Well I read the review on this site, checked some references and hired Quality Houston Roofing Services to do our roof. They did a great job. UNBELIEVABLY reasonable. I got 7 bids. They were the lowest and the most responsive. Also, their work was great. I tend to micro some contractor situations and I didn't need to at all. They were on it, on time and very respectful of our house, our tastes and our schedule. I already recommended Quality Houston Roofing Services to my brother and sister. They are great guys and takes their work very seriously. It shows. You don't get the chance to do too many roofs in your life (thankfully) do it right.

A big Shout out for Quality Houston Roofing Services, I called on Saturday my gutters were leaking water into our home, by Wednesday the problem was fixed and the owner called me back on Saturday! He asked if he could come and help me secure the house so no damage would happen and said he would do everything he could to get it fixed in the next few days and he did. My husband is a General Contractor and does not like to give out referrals but he always gives out Quality Houston Roofing Services because he knows his clients will be taken care of and in several years he has never had a complaint from a client for work that has been done by Quality Houston Roofing Services.
