Professional Home Maintenance was contracted by my home warranty to come out and repair a leak in a galvanized pipe in my home. The repair was done incorrectly (and they left a big hole in my celing that they never came back and fixed) and, three weeks later, the ceiling in my son's room collapsed.



my wife called the company and tried to work with them directly to pay for the repairs, but all I got was the run-around and empty promises that they would pay my insurance deductible. Here we are over a month later and now I can't even get anyone on the phone. I would rethink using this company...
