AVOID THIS SHOP. They use deceptive tactics and incentivize their affiliated tow truck drivers to entice car owners to sign a work authorization form at the scene of the accident authorizing Platinum Motorsports to repair the vehicle. If you decide to remove the vehicle before they start repairs, they will demand an outrageous amount for towing the vehicle to their storage lot and then to their body shop ($600+). Allstate has removed them from their vendor list, because of their deceptive sales practices and poor workmanship. When we tried to pick up our vehicle, they claimed the vehicle was not drivable due to a bent rim. When we insisted to look at the vehicle, there was no bent rim and the car was drivable.
