Finally, someone with experience in the dry cleaning business! They know how to treat certain fabrics for certain stains. They will speak to you intelligently about what fabrics need dry cleaning and what needs laundering. In the past I have many pairs of slacks ruined by cleaners who don't take the time to figure out what needs to be cleaned a certain way. They even call you to explain why something needs to be cleaned a certain way. Fantastic service!
